What is the Female equivalent of the male business attire of slacks and button front shirt?

I recently got promoted To General Manager of a Hotel..perviously i had to wear shirts with the company logo and kaiki pants..now as the Gm I have to wear something ”more professional” The last Manager was a man and he wore Slacks, dress shoes and a button front shirt..what is the equivalent of this ”profession” look for a women? Is a shirt too much seeing as it is all men that work here and Im younger than most of them?
