cheaper, MAYBE. easier, no. don’t get me wrong, screen printing is great, but for my time and money i’d rather use stenciling for any design with less than three color layers.

is it not cheaper and easy’er to just buy a a screen window print what you want on some chalk paper and light the screen for 20 min wash it out and you can print 200 diffrent logo’s or stensils you want
screen printing cheap to start up and you can make multi color shirts

good tutorial. i use freezer paper for my stencils and iron the plastic side to the shirt; saves on the cost of spray adhesive, just as long as you don’t over do it. 10 to 20 seconds works.

whenever it is dry enough for you to touch
    without getting paint.
i suggest 40-60 min would do finee.
depending on paint. you can read their label
they tell you how long you can wait for
it to dry. then just add an extra 10-20 min
to be sure its dry enough

This is a great video, I never even considered the idea of stenciling my own shirts before I saw this. I will definitely give this a go. Here’s an interesting thing, I randomly found this video through stumbleupon which lets you click a button to find a random webpage or video, and I just so happen to have that exact image of tesla printed out and i Have it pinned to my wall at work, less than 3 feet from me right now.
